* Hi Roslyn, could you tell us a little about yourself and what sparked your interest in the Health and Wellness industry?
Seriously, to answer this question fully I would need to write a book, but simply all my family died way too young with diet related diseases, and I figured if I wanted to live a long and healthy life, and I had to do something different to what they did. So I set out on my journey of learning about Health on every level.
* What would be your number 1 wellness tip?
Eat a Healthy diet of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables ~ and supplement your diet, (due to the unknown nutritional content in our food today) with Hawaiian Pacifica Spirulina and Hawaiian Natural Astaxanthin!
* Do you have any non-negotiables when it comes to your health?
Yes ~ No Take away Fast food EVER
* What is your favourite food or ingredient that you couldn’t do without?
Fresh Fruits & Vegetables are at the top of my ingredient list every time I prepare a meal.
* Who or what inspires you?
My MUM ~ she died at 51 without the knowledge of how to care for her body, my life mission is to educate myself & others to prevent unnecessary illness, disease and death.
* Would you like to share one of your favourite ‘healthy’ recipes with us
Personally I don’t do Recipes. My greatest tip to preparing a Healthy meal, is to go to your fridge, pull out all the freshest green veggies, combine them with other veggies of your choosing, load them all into a huge bowl, with some simple additions of Apple cider vinegar, Tahini, Miso, maybe some spices of your choice and Enjoy 🙂
